This organization shall be governed and run by the principles and spirit of Yoruba traditional system of government, based on truthful dealing with each other, mutual trust in each other, honesty and integrity in dealing with each other, selfless service to the community, reciprocal respect between the elders and the young, cooperation and community leadership
