100 - 200 Progressive Nigerians Needed & Desired
NIGERIAN TECHNOLOGY GROUP (NTG):- Put your money where your mouth is, it is time to stop
complaining and assist in moving the country forward. Progress can only come to our
beloved country if we all invest in its transformation. Please do take the time to
read before dismissing.
Synopsis: Hello my fellow visionaries, I know that all of us
have been thinking about how we can help move Nigeria and our continent Africa forward
without relying too much on our so called Leaders. A lot of us are so frustrated about
crippling economic situation Nigeria is being confronted with compared with the rest of
the world. Most Basic Amenities and Structures are either not available or not
functioning. IT and Telecommunication Infrastructures are moving in a snail speed. Anytime
we turn on the TV, Radio, open up our Newspapers and magazines and last but not the least
the Internet, information being disseminated concerning our country Nigeria is depressing
to say the least. We hardly hear any encouraging news other than War, Famine, Corruption
and disease. Its not that there is nothing positive about our Country; however, some
of the problems are that we are either not in the position to validate the truthfulness of
the report or do not have the infrastructures that are needed for the operations. This is
not to limit or dismiss the report/news presented by non Africans, but we believe we
should be in the position to make those decisions and at the same time help turn the
country and the Continent around. This is one of the reasons we decided to establish an
Investment Group that will concentrate most of its resources on the Information
Technology Industry.
We always heard about other Continents
especially Asian and Europe investing in several countries located in their continent. An
example are India and Netherlands. These too
countries are now part of the driving force in both Information Technology and
Telecommunication Industries. Granted most of these initiatives are promoted by their
governments with the assistance of few private citizens, we as citizens of the continent
of Africa can also implement these types of vision in Africa. We know it takes a lot of
capital to make this a reality in the African Market, a penny here and a penny there today
if managed properly can also turn to several millions tomorrow. We believe with this type of attitude and
Gods backing, we can help improve both the lives of our fellow citizens and the
country as a whole while at the same time, benefiting via Investment portfolio and worth.
In addition, I noticed in
our Country most of the people who are in the position of power do not necessarily have
vision and the attributes needed to move our country/Continent forward. I believe this
role now shift to us especially the Nigerians/Africans in diasporas whether we like it or
not. A lot of us have the qualities and conviction of what it takes to launch
Nigeria/Africa among the progressive nation/continent. However, we all know that there are
a lot of shelved ideas if you do not have the capital needed to transform it into actions.
On a personal note, two years ago during the GSM License Processing, I was among the
initial applicants that wanted to bid for the right. Unfortunately, to move my application
forward, there was this huge deposit and several documentations I had to provide including
the Technical Partners, my interest faded like a mirage in the dessert just like that. I
was one of the few ones that believed that given the opportunities, I could use the
license to launch one of the successful companies in the world. I know there are others
who have the same conviction and confidence but due to lack of funds, gave up on their
ideas and dreams. Could you imagine if we own a big stake in the African Link (AFRICA
ONE), an undersea fiber optic cable system that connects African countries to the rest of
the world. This is the type of impact we are hoping to achieve in the continent of Africa.
Now is an opportunity for
the visionaries and dreamers to work together in making these ideas reality.

Nigerian/African Origin with good characters. We want to limit this to the professionals
in the Field of IT, Medicine, Education and Law. Each participant must show proof

Preliminary Investment

the idea is to invest at least 65% of the funds in the newly privatized Nitel, Telephone
Wireless Companies (GSM), Africa One Project, Computer manufacturing companies such as
Zinox, Data Centers, Internet Backbone companies with vested interest in Nigeria/Africa
Internet Links and other IT/Telecommunication entities. Another 20 percent in
Transportation infrastructures such as the Metro Rail System project in Lagos. The initial investment will be for duration of at
least 5 to 10 years minimum to maximize our returns.
Conclusion: Presently, we are collecting Names of interested
individuals. Once we have enough interest, a memo will be forwarded to all parties with a
welcoming letter including papers of incorporation. We will also create a Website for the
entity. Once the entity has been registered
as a corporation with Federal Tax ID, a bank account will be opened with members as
signatories to the account. The next step will be meeting of all interested parties to be held on Weekends around
Public Holiday to ensure that it does not coincide with members work schedules.
I believe with Gods help and direction, Nigerian Technology Group
will assist in launching our great Nation to the forefront in the Technology Industry. All
interested parties should send information to ntg@nigeriainfonet.com
Sincerely,
Olatokunboh O. Kuti
